Your data, your control. Virali provides multiple ways to delete your personal data. Choose the method that works best for you.

Methods to Delete Your Data

1 Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to remove your data is through our dashboard:

  1. 1 Log in to your Virali dashboard
  2. 2 Navigate to Connect Accounts section
  3. 3 Click Disconnect next to each connected platform
  4. 4 Your access tokens and platform data are immediately and permanently deleted

2 Remove via Facebook Settings

You can also revoke access directly from Facebook:

  1. 1 Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
  2. 2 Find "Virali" in your connected apps list
  3. 3 Click Remove to revoke all permissions
  4. 4 Facebook notifies us automatically, and we delete all your data within 24 hours

3 Request Deletion via Form

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your data, we permanently remove:

Note: Content already posted to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) will remain on those platforms. To delete that content, you must do so directly through each platform's interface.

Data Retention After Deletion

After a deletion request is processed:

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when your data deletion is complete, including a confirmation code for your records.
